Rabbits shed every 3 months. Every alternate time they'll have a light shedding that may not be very noticeable. Next they'll have a heavy shedding.
When my rabbit sheds there will be a blanket of white fur covering the floor of his cage every morning. no matter how much i brush him, but he only sheds heavily every 6 months.
Rabbits should be brush at least weekly with a rabbit brush or baby brush.
